What are the shipping times for your products?

We take one day to process your order and then 2 to 3 days to deliver it to you.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within Europe.

We’re working on expanding our delivery zones and hope to offer worldwide shipping soon.

 Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

If part of your order is missing, it may be due to items being shipped from different warehouses. However, if you’re unsure, please contact us at info@nordpure.no and we’ll verify your order and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at info@nordpure.no, and we’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions to return or replace the item.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We’re sorry for the delay. Sometimes deliveries can take longer due to customs or local carrier issues. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If you need help or have concerns, feel free to contact us at info@nordpure.no and we’ll assist you promptly.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, but please note that as we sell nutritional supplements, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and sealed, due to hygiene and safety regulations. If your item qualifies, we’ll gladly offer a refund once returned.

If the product has already been opened, we unfortunately cannot accept a return—but as a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you a discount code for your next order. Just contact us at info@nordpure.no and we’ll take care of it.
