🧾 Returns & Refund Policy – Nutritional Products

 

General Conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we are only able to accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. This is necessary for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products not in original condition or missing packaging

  • Items marked as non-refundable (e.g., digital items, gift cards)

  • Personal care products that pose a hygiene risk

  • Flammable or hazardous substances


 

✅ Return Eligibility Checklist

 

Before returning a product, please ensure:

  • The product is unopened and sealed

  • It is returned within 30 days of delivery

  • It is sent back in its original condition with all accessories and packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused and not refunded. We may also hold you responsible for depreciation if the product has been opened, used, or damaged.

 


 

🔁 Exchanges

 

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at info@nordpure.no and attach a photo or video if possible. We will send you an exchange form and instructions.

 


💳 Refund Process

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days via your original payment method.

  2. Complete the form and return the product at your expense

  3. For returns above €20, we recommend using a tracked shipping service
