We ship our dietary supplement products across Europe, exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

This policy applies to all our dietary supplements, including collagen powder. All products are manufactured and packaged in accordance with European food safety and supplement regulations.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days are processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET), on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

4. Delivery Times

 

  • EU & EEA countries: 2–5 business days

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an extra 1–2 business days.


5. Shipping Fees

  • No additional handling fees.


6. Tracking & Notifications

All shipments include a tracking number. Customers receive tracking details by email as soon as their order is dispatched.
